Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
20 oz. Crushed Pineapple
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
1/4 cup. Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup White Wine
Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400º F.
Add chicken and bell pepper to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake for 45 minutes.
