Asian-style Lettuce Wraps

Quick, easy, and delicious! 😋

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Ground Chicken
4 cloves Minced Garlic
4 Green Onions (chopped)
2 tbsp. Ginger
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sake
1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp. Sriracha (optional)
Salt/Pepper (to taste)
1 Head of Lettuce

Instructions:

Brown chicken over the stovetop.
Add all other ingredients and cook until onions have softened.
Scoop as much as desired into lettuce leaves to serve.
