Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients:
* 2 lbs. Ground Beef
* 2 – 16 oz. cans Baked Beans
* 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
* 8 - 10 Buttermilk Biscuits
* 4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
3. Add beans and barbecue sauce, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
4. Add to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
5. Top with biscuits.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
