Canuary - Canning Deer Meat

We were very fortunate to have harvested deer this past hunting season. I have provided you with instructions on how to can your own deer meat and it will come out so incredibly tender.
Directions
If using frozen meat - thaw it completely
Cut into around 1 inch cubes
Place meat into clean jars
Add seasonings: Salt - 1/2 tsp for pint - 1 tsp for quart
Do NOT add water if you are raw packing this. When it is in the canner, it will create its own liquid.
Process pints for 75 minutes and quarts for 90 minutes
Elevation will determine the poundage you will need to use.
