Here's how to make REAL boneless chicken wings for yourself and your kids. First you’re gonna remove the cartilage tips on each side. You can use your hands if you wanna stay fancy but I just bite them off. And be sure to remove both sides. Next, on the wider side of the flat you’re gonna remove the small bone first. It’ll pull out quite easily just like this. Next, again, on the wide side of the flat, do the same thing with the larger bone and it should pull out easily as well. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 54+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
