What do we do with our kid’s Halloween candy the day after Halloween? We throw it straight in the trash. Now, we’re not savages that just throw it away without letting them know first… we set this up weeks in advance to let them know that on Halloween they’ll be allowed a set amount of treats (11 each) and whatever is leftover the next day is going in the trash. We do this to de-normalize the idea of regularly eating sugar, highly processed carbohydrates, artificial colors, artificial flavors, and other chemical additives that negatively affect the minds of our children. My fellow parents, I challenge you to have a talk with your children to let them know that candies and highly processed “kids foods”, which are basically candies in disguise, are not normal and very bad for their health and well being. Day 269🥩🔥 just completed my 7 day water fast and it was my easiest yet. Fully functional the entire time with only minimal hiccups along the way. I broke the fast and my body felt nourished after 7 days of no digestive activity. I really believe this is one of the best ways to heal an internal inflammation. As a side note, this fast wasn’t about weight loss, it was about performance and I feel fantastic since breaking this fast.
