Crash Part 1 Long Raw Video (No Sound)

A vehicle with 2 people in it clearly smashes my neighbors vehicle while under the influence of some type of drug, they were down in a park near our house getting high when the man decided it was a good idea to drive. I will be requesting body cams and reports galore, one of the EMS workers shoved me while I was filming on the sidewalk but my camera ran out of space.
