In todays video we are doing a 10 minute indoor ball mastery session perfect you guys to loads of touches on that football in a small space to work on that close control. The only equipment you need for todays video is football it can be any size and a cone or something that you can use to move the ball round it. These exercises are great to do every day as they are quick an easy to do and the more often you do them the quicker you will become.

Ball Mastery is an excellent way to improve a players confidence when it comes to them being on the ball but also there control as well. Ball mastery can help improve a players dribbling and ball manipulating skills in tight space situations as well further down the line.
