Peru protests show no signs of stopping

A fresh round of protests have gripped Peru’s capital as hundreds continue to demand the resignation of President Dina Boluarte after she refused to. Peru has extended a state of emergency for another month in the capital city Lima and in two southern regions where deadly anti-government protests have sparked the country's worst violence in 20 years.
