Jesus Revolution; Doing Our Part

We got a sneak peek at Jesus Revolution at our church last week.. The takeaway. The movie is far from perfect, but it can open a door for us to be ready to pounce on.

2 Timothy 4:2
"Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; Correct, rebuke, and encourage- with great patience and careful instruction."

1 Peter 3:15
"But Honor the Messiah as Lord in your hearts. Always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you. "

1 John 2:27 says "but the anointing you have received of Him abides in you, so you need not any man teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you all things, and is truth, and is no lie. "

So if man is not to teach us, we can't expect a movie to teach those who don't see the truth yet. That is our job. Planting one seed at a time, and correcting one lie at a time, all with grace, patience, and the understanding that we have a relentless enemy who wants to dilute and sabotage the truth, 24/7.

In addition, we need to be aware of the powers of this world like the World Economic Forum and the forces behind it who are setting the stage for the anti Christ.
In the 2nd hour, we have a chat with the Reverend Jim Harden, who's CompassCare Pregnancy Center still hasn't seen justice after it's Buffalo Center was firebombed by a known terrorist organization. We should also expect and even welcome similar persecution, if it means we can share and exemplify the love of God. Incredibly challenging, but if you're called to serve, let's serve. Sacrifice is needed.
