Idols Sell in Superbowl Commercials 2024
"You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in the heavens above, on the earth below, or in the waters beneath. You shall not bow down to them or worship them.”
Exodus 20:3-5
God’s law is written on our hearts and speaks to us through our conscience, but the god of this world and prince and power of the air uses human idols to sell us things; ideas and products.
Today is Superbowl Sunday between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers. It will be a who’s who of the celebrity world when it comes to idols selling us things, and while they’re selling us products, it’s usually by association to a lifestyle or promise of a better life by use of that product.
The magician’s trick is always what’s in the hidden hand, not in the one you’re paying attention to with the wand in it. The agenda behind the agenda is where the enemy shifts our conscience against our own selves.
Idol worship is very real and it causes us to give credence to certain voices who are rewarded for pushing new norms while the average mind if bamboozled by thoughts that slowly sear their God-given conscience.
The NFL provides the ultimate platform for that idol worship to be capitalized on.
Tonight’s show is more of a reaction show to some of those commercials in real time.
Also, in the second hour, we chat with Green Beret and author of WE ARE AMERICA:A VOICE FOR THE SILENT MAJORITY, John Deverteuil.

Amazon Prime Cartoon Makes Satan the Hero and Attending a Gay Wedding
Christian radio network drops Alistair Begg after advice on attending same-sex weddings.
Should we attend a gay wedding? Is it affirming? Or is it a way to share the love of Jesus Christ? We discuss, as key factors could play a role in what the answer is…
Expel the Immoral Brother
I wrote you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people. I was not including the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. But now I am writing you not to associate with anyone who claims to be a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a verbal abuser, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
What business of mine is it to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.” 1 Corinthians 5:9-13
"For a man’s ways are before the eyes of the LORD, and the LORD examines all his paths.
The iniquities of a wicked man entrap him; the cords of his sin entangle him.
He dies for lack of discipline, led astray by his own great folly.”
Proverbs 5:21-23
We also discuss a new cartoon airing on Amazon Prime Video that makes Satan (and his offspring) the hero.
Also, the frightening, escalating correlation between being transgender and violence.

Woes to the Wicked
"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who turn darkness to light and light to darkness, who replace bitter with sweet and sweet with bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight.…" Isaiah 5:20-21
This world has seduced the masses into indulging in lifestyles and practices that pull us away from what God intended for us; to be able to live in peace
Alcohol, drugs, gambling, fornication (outside of marriage), theft, lying, gluttony, pride, homosexuality. ALL of these things pulls us from a true relationship with God. The god of this world has convinced many to attach their identities to things OTHER than their creator, who has a plan for everyone if they just focus on loving Him first.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 says
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God."
None of those things define us or condemn us; they just gradually blind us to our need for a Savior so we end up rejecting the forgiveness and grace we need because we don’t think we need it. And when we realize our need for it, we WANT to obey God’s law, because we understand it was never meant to confine us or restrict us, but to protect us… ALL of us.

Truth Talk w/ Daniel Mercuri, Author Of The Lucifer Zenith
A chat with Daniel Mercuri, Southern California Native, husband, father, small business owner and U.S. Naval veteran, not to mention candidate for CA governor in 2026. He is also a follower of Jesus Christ and author of the new book, The Lucifer Zenith, Corrupting Nature’s God Through Government Deception.
We discuss the years of his experience delving into the political arena only to have his eyes open to the unfathomable depths of corruption and control. He explains how the things he’s uncovered, when shared with others in high places, has brought a word of warning. Undeterred and unafraid, his unapologetic approach to exposing this evil has also brought multiple threats, some from men in black coats exiting large government sanctioned black SUVs.
We go through some of his in depth presentation via slideshow that he’s been traveling up and down the state sharing with audiences for the past two years.

kNOw Jesus, kNOw Peace
Putting your identity in anything of this world, including yourself, is a recipe for disaster. The only path to true peace in this life and the next, is finding your identity in Jesus Christ.
WE were supposed to have Daniel Mercuri on the show tonight, but a last minute car issue kept him at bay, so I went on the fly and related current life happenings. I pray that is is useful. (Daniel will now be on next week)...

Merry Christmas from Truth Radio
As 2023 comes to a close, and this never ending cold of mine rages on, we look ahead to 2024 and how we can continue serving and glorifying the Lord. This is a season to focus on the best gift anyone could ever give you, the gift of free salvation thru Jesus Christ. Whether he was born on this day or not, it doesn’t stop the importance of celebrating His very birth and what it meant then, and still does mean for us today.
Thanks you Jesus.
God bless you all and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

We All Die Once; Don’t Die Twice
We are spiritual beings living a human experience in the the flesh.
Whatever we do, we find ourselves sowing to one of two things, the Spirit, or the Flesh.
There are wages we are earning when we sow to the flesh. The wages add up to death.
"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28
We reap what we sow in this world, but also spiritually in the next.
While our works will not save us if we deny Christ, they will earn us rewards in heaven, if they come from a place of true service to God because of what Jesus did for us on the Cross.
We are forgiven. We are saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, the suffering servant described in Isaiah 53 and our Messiah. He sets us free, which should inspire us to do good works that glorify His name, not our own.
Romans 6:22-23
"But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the fruit you reap leads to holiness, and the outcome is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Isaiah 64:6
"But we are all like an unclean thing,
And all our righteousnesses (works) are like filthy rags;
We all fade as a leaf,
And our iniquities, like the wind,
Have taken us away.(from God)”
Romans 3: 21-23
"But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…"

I Want My Innocence Back
The other day I found myself playing Xbox on one tv, with a snowy backdrop and Christmas sounds on another. Even though my joy of playing videos games is gone, I still retreat there at times because it takes me back to my childhood. As we get older, I think we all crave that innocence of our early years, and resent the harsh realities of this world that over time, and sometimes swiftly, steal it away.
Matthew 18:2-4 says...
"Jesus invited a little child to stand among them. “Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”
The innocent mind of a child is the best representation of the love God calls us ALL to have for one another. We are to love our neighbor as ourselves, as a child would. With innocence and grace.
But this world is intentionally trying to sabotage the innocence of our youth. It has stolen MY INNOCENCE.
It seems every day brings a new trial, but the more they come, the more the words written in James 1:2-3 resonate, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, when you encounter trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.”
The more we are tested, the more we are forced to draw closer to the Lord, and that faith brings strength and perseverance.
The alternative is letting it foster bitterness, resentment, pride, and separation from the childlike love that our Creator calls us to have for others.
Non believers tend to fall that way, but I’m seeing those who call themselves believers fall into this trap as well.
People would rather gossip behind a friend’s back, then confront a difficult conversation with a brother or sister. We are called to sharpen one another within the faith, and sometimes that means sharing tough love to allow growth.
The toughest lessons I’ve learned in life have come from being confronted with aspects of myself that i didn’t want to hear, that made me feel judged or belittled. But ultimately, they were my greatest sources of growth and I thank God for them, and the people brave enough to confront me.
We can’t continue to live comfortably in ignorance to pridefully protect our “innocence.” We can’t hide behind “our own peace” when those around us have been afflicted by our words. Having a childlike innocence and speaking truth in love are necessary elements in this world if we are to become purified in our sanctification- to then b3come better reflections of Christ.
Malachi 3:2-4
"But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire, like a launderer’s soap. And He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to the LORD in righteousness. Then the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will please the LORD, as in days of old and years gone by…"
We must allow the Lord to refine us humbly, through the fire...
We must come as children to the throne of grace...

1,000 Days in Jail w/ No Trial; Endurance, Perseverance, & Hope
In Hour One, I go through different headlines from the past week that resonate with Isaiah 5:20. We are watching good become evil, while evil is considered good.
Some Headlines:
Hamas Protestors in London Planning "Million Man March" on Remembrance Day.
Hamas Official Promises to Repeat Oct. 7 Attack Over and Over Again.
VP Kamala Harris Announces Strategy Center to Counter Islamophobia.
In Hour Two, I chat with Jake Lang from solitary confinement in Washington DC.
On Oct. 12, Jake passed a milestone: 1,000 days in jail without a trial. To mark the anniversary, he wanted to share with the American people "the horrific conditions of confinement," which he says he and many of his fellow Jan. 6 prisoners have had to endure.
"During this time, I've done 20 months of solitary confinement," Mr. Lang told The Epoch Times. "For 15 months of that, I wasn't allowed to have a haircut or a shave."
This was intentional, he said, to make Jan. 6 prisoners look like "homeless vagrants" or "deranged terrorists" during video court appearances.
Jan. 6 prisoners are frequently denied family visitation, Mr. Lang said. They spend months with no sunlight. Lights in their cells remain on at night, depriving them of sleep.
Those who stand for good will be marginalized and demonized, so we must be prepared to still respond with grace, empowered by the Holy Spirit of God through Jesus Christ.

Pride...
Proverbs 11:2 says,
"When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.”
And yet, we live in a world where pride becomes invisible to the individual because it’s become so easy to justify one’s actions in a polarized world that caters to insecurity and feelings over truth and grace.
When we stop forgiving, we step outside of God’s plan for us. Pride is the number one tool the enemy uses to get us to turn our back on what God’s calls us to be as His representatives of Love in this fallen world.
When your mind is turned against someone and forgiveness lacks while bitterness abounds, focus on Jesus and the Cross, and don’t stop until your heart surrenders to that degree of grace.
Noone will see the Truth through us unless they see that type of surrender, which forces us to kill our pride.
Be gentle and ready to forgive; never hold grudges. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.
"Most of all, let love guide your life, for then the whole church will stay together in perfect harmony. Let the peace of heart that comes from Christ be always present in your hearts and lives, for this is your responsibility and privilege as members of his body. And always be thankful.”
Colossians 3:13-15
If we don’t, all we’ll see is the decayed fruits of darkness...
2 Timothy 3:1-4 says,
" But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.”
Our world is upside down, and if that passage doesn’t resonate as true to you, I pray you humble your heart and seek God today. Jesus Christ is the revelation of God as a person and what it truly means to love your neighbor as yourself.
Are you willing to lay your life down for someone who hates you? Of course not, but God did just that, in the person of Jesus- so that YOU and I could be saved from the eternal punishment of our sins.
PRIDE is keeping you from seeking Him today, and feeling that TRUE peace that only comes with a relationship with your Creator thru Jesus. The pride of life, the. pride of status, of things… Let it all go. The god of this world, Satan, WANTS you to care more about things of this world than God’s kingdom, don’t let him fool you into rejecting the free gift of salvation. You can’t take anything from this world with you when you die. Don’t let pride ruin relationships in your life. Humble yourself before its too late.
God bless you, I pray this finds you at peace.

Feelings Will Undermine Truth and Breed Lies
How do are we supposed to live as believers?
“Be angry, yet do not sin.” Do not let the sun set upon your anger, and do not give the devil a foothold.” Ephesians 4:26-27
In the matrix of reality we live in, objective truth has essentially been eliminated and the only truth that matters to most revolves around feelings, which can be manipulated.
Anger unresolved quickly, turns to bitterness, turns to hate, turns to murder. Jesus said to hate someone is to murder them in your mind to begin with and it’s sin.
Only by keeping our focus on Jesus Christ can we then be a reflection of His grace and mercy, forgiving one another the way we are expected to, as he forgave us.

Do Not Be Conformed to This World...
It's sad how quickly belief in our convictions can get tossed aside as soon as the world offers an escape from the sting of rejection or failure.
"For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not from the Father but from the world. The world is passing away, along with its desires; but whoever does the will of God remains forever." I John 2:16-17
"Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God." 2 Corinthians 4:4
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

The Same Words Spoken by Two People; Yet Only One is Truth
Two people can speak the same exact words and be reading directly from the Word of God itself, but depending on HOW those words are being used, ONE can be true, and ONE can be false.
There is a mystery and certainty to God’s word at the same time.
What we know is but a drop in the ocean.
MATTHEW 24:12
And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Romans 7:14-25
We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do. But what I hate, I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I admit that the law is good. In that case, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my flesh; for I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do. Instead, I keep on doing the evil I do not want to do. And if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So this is the principle I have discovered: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law. But I see another law at work in my body, warring against the law of my mind and holding me captive to the law of sin that dwells within me.
What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God, through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, with my mind I serve the law of God, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin."

Love Your Neighbor like He is a Thief
It's amazing how quick we are to judge others, and how slow we are to love our neighbors. But what does that even mean?
Most people judge others by their actions and themselves by their intention, but it's gotten even more fragile than that now.
Now, actions aren't even a requirement for judgement. You use the wrong word or phrase, or dare call anything sin, and you are immediately judged and condemned.
But Jesus said love even those who hate you. How you treat those you disagree with is the standard to which you will be judged.
There were two thieves on the cross with Jesus Christ. They both saw him forgive those who were literally mocking him as they were killing him. One mocked Jesus as well. The other, awed by the grace and mercy displayed through the living Son of God, asked the Lord to remember him, and he was saved.
But 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. "
So how was this thief saved? The same way any other sinner, guilty of anything mentioned above, is saved? By recognizing the truth of who Jesus is and accepting His free gift of salvation.
Satan is the god of this world and wants us to believe that sin isn't sin and we have no need to repent and recognize the Lord's ability to save us with the simple, humble act of belief.
Anything that causes you to hate someone else, isn't from God. Anything that causes you to take pride in your identity that the Lord declares sin, isn't of God.
To sin is to MISS THE MARK of our Creator's perfection. He created us male and female, because when the two are joined, they create LIFE.
Those who believe that one is born gay, and yet also believe you can CHOOSE whether you want to be male or female, are blind to the spiritual deception we are under these days.
Understanding the battle we are in is the first step to fighting back. I pray open and humble hearts find this message and take heart.

Divided We Stand; How Satan Pits Us Against One Another
When hate is intentionally spread to anyone who thinks differently than what we’re told is “right,” we are being pitted against anyone in that thought group. The system in which we live is intended to divide us.
It's a spiritual awareness that is lacking, resulting in our inability to fight back. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12
That should come as no surprise because Satan is the god of this world. 2 Corinthians 4:4 says "In their case the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."
Jesus showed us the only true definition of love on the Cross. Everything today is meant to hide that truth.
Jesus said to Love Your Enemies in Matthew 5:44
"You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor’ and ‘Hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.…"
Until we realize how we're being intentionally divided, we will never come together in Harmony; That is only found in Jesus Christ.

A Heart for Reconciliation or Division?
Hearing God's Voice. A Divine moment. A moment of conflict among friends.
Seeking Truth in a world bent on concealing it. To love means regardless of what you believe, you treat people the same; the way you'd like to be treated.
So are you a peacemaker, a reconciler? Or are you an instigator and divisive?
Hearing God's Voice. A Divine moment. A moment of conflict among friends.
Seeking Truth in a world bent on concealing it. To love means regardless of what you believe, you treat people the same; the way you'd like to be treated.
So are you a peacemaker, a reconciler? Or are you an instigator and divisive?
Whats your gift? Whatever it is, it will be wasted if there isn't an intentional focus on God's word. Head knowledge and scripture study is useless if you can't put it into action. You can speak with the eloquence of an angel, but if you don't have love, you're nothing but a clanging gong. Noise. To be a peacemaker, a spirit of truth and love is needed. Jumping to conclusions and taking sides without hearing from both parties is an exercise in futility and doesn't do justice to truth and reconciliation. We are all called to be ministers of reconciliation, and like exercising our gifts, its only possible if eyes are focused on Christ. On His Word daily. Take a day off, and watch the enemy pounce.
Let us all be peacemakers and not judges in this fallen world. Words are meaningless without proper intention behind them.
The Ministry of Reconciliation
2 Corinthians 5:16-21
"From now on, then, we do not know anyone in a purely human way. Even if we have known Christ in a purely human way, yet now we no longer know Him in this way. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come. Everything is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: That is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed the message of reconciliation to us. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, certain that God is appealing through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf, “Be reconciled to God.” He made the One who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him."

Ignorance Destroys Innocence
“Behind every argument is someone’s ignorance.” Louis Brandeis
Truth by it's very nature is exclusive, so when we invite subjectivity to our moral foundation, disputes and disharmony is inevitable. God gave us His Laws and his ways to allow us to live in harmony together. This is a fallen world though.
I don't judge or condemn anyone who practices sin. I share the Word of God out of concern for their eternal destination alone and out of a call to do so. But when that sin is being pushed on children, it's a whole new level of evil that HAS to be addressed because God calls all of us to come to Him as little children, in our innocence. When that innocence is intentionally sabotaged, and people turn a blind eye, the blood is on their hands.
Children are the targets and it's the spirit of the anti-Christ behind it, Until people are aware, they will continue to allow their deceived minds to lead children to a separated state from God. It's tragic and heartbreaking, and not a fight I want to be in; But my conscience will not allow me to ignore the attack on truth leading people to eternal damnation without speaking up, even at the risk of offending people who disagree.
Matthew 10:16
“Here I am sending you out like sheep with wolves all round you; so be as wise as serpents and yet as harmless as doves. But be on your guard against men.
Let the Children Come to Me Luke 8:15-17
Now they were bringing even infants to him that he might touch them. And when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called them to him, saying, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”
MATTHEW 18:6
And whoever welcomes a little child like this in My name welcomes Me. But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world for the causes of sin. These stumbling blocks must come, but woe to the man through whom they come!…

The Freedom Bought with Blood; Displayed Thru Grace
On this weekend where we celebrate freedom, let's talk about more than just the blood spilled allowing us freedom in this world, but also the next. And more importantly, how much like the selflessness of the soldiers in battle protected our freedoms here, we must exemplify the selflessness of Christ, forgoing pride and personal comfort in the interest of saving others from the deceiving powers of sin in this world. The sin Jesus Christ frees us all from if we humble ourselves and seek Him.

To Be a Man in a World full of Pride
On Father's Day we celebrate all the men out there trying their best to be a father. To be a great father, we must focus on our Father in heaven and never be too proud to seek His face during good times and bad. Pride is clouding the truth from a world drowning in deception.
"As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him." Psalm 103:13
He will forgive us as long as we forgive others and repent of our sin. We can NOT take pride in sinning against our Creator. Faith is not blind because there is good reason to believe Jesus died on the cross and rose again, but it's the essential ingredient to our eternal salvation. I pray you seek Him today. Thank you Father in Heaven for sending Jesus to pay the price that I'm not capable of paying myself.

Indoctrination Against Truth Today; A Group Discussion
Myself, JA, Daniel, Bill, and Dru have an open discussion about the way truth is hidden in the world today as deception increases. We have fun playing a wide array of clips from popular television shows and discuss the conditioning behind them.
Jeremiah 9:6
"You live in the midst of deception; in their deceit they refuse to acknowledge me, declares the LORD."
Luke 14:33-34
"In the same way, therefore, every one of you who does not say good-bye to all his possessions cannot be My disciple.
Now, salt is good, but if salt should lose its taste, how will it be made salty?"
1 Peter 2:1
"Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind."
1 Corinthians 3:18
"Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise."

We Must Become Children to Enter the Kingdom of Heaven
Jesus said in Matthew 18:3
“Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
To be reborn, is to become a child again. We must learn to forgive. As children, there is innocence and purity; things the enemy, and god os this world have been attempting to hijack since the beginning of time. The children are pure of mind, and that's why they are under attack now more than ever with anti christ agendas and propaganda. To be a child of God, we must fight to have that same childlike innocence in our faith, in devotion to God, but also in our ability to serve others, even those who hate us.
