Feed Your Family on a Budget - Week 2

This is our second week of feeding our family on a budget. This week we spent just under $60.00 to feed us for the week. Several of our meals we used rice, which is a great staple to have on hand. We were not lacking for flavor nor were we craving to go out to eat. There were plenty of leftovers for lunch options and we even had leftover fried rice to take us into the next week.

For the creamy dressing on the rice bowl:
1/2 cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
pinch of sugar
3/4 tsp of onion powder and garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill
Salt and Pepper
1/3 cup Cilantro if using fresh - a little less if using dried
2-3 TBlsp Lime juice and grated peel
