When you allow yourself to be yourself you allow others to get to know you. It's a beautiful gift you are giving to the people around you.

The more honest you are with youself, the more honest you'll become with the people around you. Unfortunately these days, people are easily offended. Somehow it's become wrong to
tell people the truth, just because it might hurt their feelings.

As Mateo mentions it in the video, often it comes from a place of caring and not because he's an asshole.
