Here are some tips I use to maintain a calorie deficit. Simple stuff, but often overlooked when January comes and you're ready to go full steam ahead.
I go through a full day of eating on a typical day that doesn't include a big CV workout.

Peanut Butter Sandwich (Little Biscuit)

Meal Three;
250g Chicken Breast (Cooked)
300g Cucumber
150g Carrot
200g Jasmin Rice
Hot sauce (Not measured)
