hey guys we got a lot of questions about legal capacity to contract marriage and today,yes,today we're gonna answer your questions.This video is about our experience getting requirements for our civil wedding. First, you need to gather all the requirements.

For us, here are the requirements;

For Mari
-PSA Birth Certificate
-Valid iD
-Cenomar -210 pesos

For Rick
-Birth Certificate
-Passport
-Legal capacity to contract marriage ( Notarized)

Process:
√Requirements (above) file it to LCRO
√Seminar (1day) This was scheduled in our LCRO, it's every Thursday.
√Marriage license -10days posting (notice of intention to marry(LCRO)
--once you have the Marriage License you will have to pay a fee at the treasurers office.
√schedule for judge or mayor
--They will advise to bring "aras" on the day of your wedding and of course your Ninong and Ninang and your guest.

REMINDER:
File the Marriage License to LCRO IMMEDIATELY!
