This is why we won't build a wooden house in the future! We don't really pay much attention in our main kitchen actually. We're doing all the cooking in our main area. Not until recently, there's no power and Mari wants to cook. We have the portable stove and we need the old pans, they were under the kitchen counter and that's when we discovered the Termites. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyway, we want to renovate the kitchen. We had plans to paint the wall, put up cabinets, water line, a proper sink, Like a functional kitchen but then the roof started leaking ( it was old, probably those metal sheets are same age with our youngest, She's 18) so, Not until we change the roof we can't do anything yet and it's kinda expensive even tho Mari's brother would help. Visiting Albay! Seeing the Majestic MAYON VOLCANO for the FIRST TIME! As part of our Anniversary week, We visited Albay to see Mayon Volcano . It took us almost 2 hrs. to get there from Naga City. We also went to Farmplate and from there you can also see the majestic Mayon Volcano. Rick loves the scenery on our way home. We took the longest route from Daraga- Tobaco City- Tiwi - Sagñay - Tigaon and lastly Ocampo before we reach Naga City. almost 4 hrs. drive it was worth it tho. :) #mayonvolcano #philippines #philippineslife XoXo, Rick&Mari
