Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, ankle weights, a kettlebell or heavier dumbbell (I am using a 20 lb kettlebell), and a good cattitude!

If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these exercises can all be done bodyweight.
