Why God must pour out His Spirit on all flesh (Joel 2:28) before the Rapture

God made 3 promises that are still unfulfilled: "I will pour out my Spirit on ALL flesh." (Joel2:28) "My Glory will cover the whole earth." (Habakkuk 2:14) Jesus will come back for a bride without spot or wrinkle. (Eph.5:27) Only Jesus (Holy Spirit) can iron out these "wrinkles." There are about 8 billion people on the planet. Jesus wants none to perish. But how? "What is impossible with man is possible with God!" (Luke 18)
