Who is Going to Blink First? New York or the Supreme Court?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the ongoing saga on New York's Concealed Carry Improvement Act which has already garnered more litigation in the last three months than most pieces of legislation see in a lifetime. After passing this horrific piece of legislation, the Court of Appeals for the Northern District of NY immediately issue an injunction on the law, only to have the 2nd Circuit summarily reverse them. That led to the Supreme Court jumping in and demanding briefing from the State of New York asking to justify the 2nd Circuit's decision to vacate the injunction. Well, the State of New York has responded and there is a lot to unpack here.
