Lasagna with egg crepe and bechamel sauce

Two eggs

A teaspoon of salt

Add two glasses of fresh milk

Chop a red bell pepper

Chop two small tomatoes

Chop 250 grams of mushrooms

Add a teaspoon of thyme

Add a teaspoon of black pepper

Pour a tablespoon of butter into the pan

When the sauce thickens a little, take it off the flame

Pour all the prepared ingredients into the oven dish in layers

Add a little mozzarella cheese after each layer of ingredients

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour
