Recipe for delicious potato dumplings with mushrooms and spicy cheese

Stuffed potato dumplings can be served as a complete meal or as a main meal.

Ingredients Potato dumplings for 4 people
Potatoes: 4 pcs
Onions: 1 pc
Orange bell pepper: 1 pc
Green bell pepper: 1 pc
Mushrooms: 150 g
Salt: 2 tsp
Hot red pepper: 1 tsp
Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Thyme: 2 teaspoons
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Grated mozzarella cheese: 100 g
Oil: half a cup

How to prepare stuffed potato dumplings with mushrooms and cheese:

Chop onion, orange bell pepper, green bell pepper, and mushrooms and put in a pan and fry.
Salt: 1 tsp
Hot red pepper: 1 tsp
Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
Thyme: 2 teaspoons
Add a tablespoon of tomato paste to the ingredients in the pan and fry them

Boil and grate the potatoes
Add a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, thyme, and a pinch of milk to the potatoes.
Then add three tablespoons of mozzarella cheese to the potatoes
Thoroughly mix the potatoes with the added ingredients
After mixing the potatoes, cut them into round balls the size of small oranges and press each of the potato dumplings halfway with the bottom of the cup to create a hole.
Fill the inside of the potato cavity with mushrooms and pre-fried ingredients
Add some mozzarella cheese to each of the potato dumplings

Tomato sauce recipe:
Tomato paste: a tablespoon
Butter: 50 g
Lemon juice: a tablespoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Water: a glass

Mix the mentioned items together and boil on a low flame for five minutes
Pour the prepared tomato sauce under the potato dumplings
Place the potato dumplings in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes
Potato dumplings with delicious mushrooms and cheese are ready to serve
