Watermelon skin jam | A delicious jam | Watermelon jam recipe

Ingredients for preparing watermelon skin jam

Peel the watermelon and remove the green part

Cut the white part of the watermelon into small pieces

Boil pieces of watermelon skin for 10 minutes

Put the pieces of watermelon skin in the basket and wash with cold water

Boil again for 10 minutes until the watermelon skins soften

Rinse again with cold water to cool

Add sugar equal to the weight of chopped watermelon skins
Here we added 500 grams of sugar

Mix the watermelon juice and pass it through a strainer and add it to the pot

Add 3 green cardamoms and a large piece of cinnamon stick

Take the foam on the water

Boil on low heat until the jam is completely thick and hard

Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a third of a teaspoon of citric acid

Watermelon skin jam is ready
