This is an advanced lesson of the basic fundamentals
Good posture requires an ability of the spine to disassociate from the pelvis and shoulder girdle.
Once a skill is developed on the floor/bed, we can translate the movement in upright posture where the demand on balance is higher.
In Parkinson's we want to regain BIG movements, but nothing could be obtain if the quality of the movement is not address first, which is the work that is done here.
