Happy New Years Day 2023!

Happy New Years Day Y’all!
Wow another year has passed and it’s 2023. I’m so thankful for all of the blessings that 2022 bestowed upon my family.
I’m thankful for the growth of my channel and all of my old and new supporters who tune into my channel.
I’m thankful for my family, our blessings and our health being in tact.
I’m thankful that I haven’t lost anyone near and dear to me from Covid and all of the other nasty viruses that are floating around in the air especially this time of the year.
My only resolution is to stay positive and to keep on keeping on in 2023 and beyond.
I started cooking Ribeye Roasts about 8 years ago. It’s a holiday treat for me and the family loves it. Rest assured either on Christmas Day or New Years Day we will be enjoying one of these prime cuts of meat.

1 Large Onion
2 Envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix
