North Korea to increase nuclear arsenal to counter U.S. hostilities

As North Korea said it planned to vastly increase its nuclear arsenal this year, South Korea's president has said plans are afoot to conduct military drills with the United States involving nuclear forces, amid rising tensions in the region.

We hear from regional geopolitical expert Victor Gao, who says the military exercises will only escalate the already heightened tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
