If you have tight hamstrings then check out these 3 methods for loosening them up without stretching.

The first method is to release the fascia on the bottom of the foot. This is part of the superficial back line and if you release one area in this fascia line, then you can feel a release in other areas along that same line.

The second method uses reciprocal inhibition which is a cool way to relax a muscle by firing up the muscles on the opposite side of that joint.

The final method is my expertise and that is to self massage the hamstrings to break up and loosen the tissues.
