Mental Health/Shoplifting call ends in man's Death #cops #mentalhealth

Man having a mental health issue tried to steal beer from local brewing company. Police were contacted, he ran and was tackled. There was a struggle and the man attempted to grab a weapon. Once handcuffed the man stopped moving and CPR began. Was later pronounced.
