I felt fairly good today, and was pretty confident this weight would move well, and easier than earlier in the training cycle. However, I messed up on the timing of the lift with the breakdown of the song ("GO!"), which caused me to rush a bit, and not get as properly tight and positioned as I would have, causing a bit of a misgroove, hahaha. The weight still felt pretty easy, and I have no doubt would have been even considerably easier, if I didn't rush it. Oh, well. 190 Kgs singles coming up, in the next training cycle! 🤘🏻
