ICC upholds 25-year sentence for Ugandan LRA commander

The International Criminal Court in the Hague has upheld a 25-year sentence for a former Ugandan LRA commander, Dominic Ongwen. The Lord's Resistance Army is responsible for thousands of death and displacement of about 2.5 million people.
