In Episode 003 we get into our philosophy of the intersection of health and wealth and our 5 F’s: Fitness, Finances, Faith, Family, and Freedom. After reflecting on a Dalai Lama quote that points out the strange way in which most people think about health and wealth, Nick and Ted go over 5 examples of how your health and wealth have direct impacts on each other. Next the 5 F’s get explained, along with specifically how each Pillar (or F) impacts both health and wealth. This episode definitely highlights the amount of improvement we look forward to as we become better at podcasting, but if you can stick around through the “um”s, “gonna”s and poor transitions, there’s some good information, discussion and laughs.
