3x3 110 Kgs Anderson Squats.
I put these in my program a few weeks ago, as my secondary squat work, after my heavy single. However I had been feeling like they were not quite clicking with me, the past few times; and that they also made my knees feel a little creaky. I decided I would give them one more go, and if they didn't go well/still was not jiving with them, I would go back to some sort of paused squatting. However, lo and behold, I finally got in the zone with this movement, and they felt great, today! I am trying to focus on being nice and controlled on the descent, so I can as closely as possible simulate my bottom position at this height, (and also be kind to the bar) give a good pause, so it is at a total dead stop, then EXPLODE as fast as I possibly can. Let's see if I can get some good carryover for this, and improve that squatting speed! 🤘🏻
