SCOTUS Can Decide on 1/6/23 The Brunson Brothers Case!

I didn't know that SCOTUS asked for the plaintiffs to rush the suit, that SCOTUS is handling it as an emergency case, that it doesn't have to go to trial for them to decide it. Could be good, could be bad (??)
