Germany slams Twitter over free speech threat

Germany's state secretary in charge of competition has called on the European Commission to launch a probe into Twitter's policies under the EU's new Digital Markets Act, saying the social media giant’s recent moves pose a threat to free speech. RT contributor Rachel Marsden explains.
