Helping You Understand Washington State's Fireworks Laws

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, celebrates the annual opening of our State's fireworks stands, every June 28th, by outlining some of the laws that you, the lawful and responsible fireworks user, need to be aware of. From what fireworks are illegal, to when and where we can use them, RCW 70.77 is a very large legislative scheme, that can be tough to follow. Today we pull just a few nuggets from this legislation so that you can arm yourself with education today and celebrate our nation's independence lawfully and responsibly.
