What's Going On With the Lawsuit to Overturn Washington's Magazine Ban?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, sits down with Joel Ard, counsel for Sullivan in the matter of Sullivan v. Ferguson, the lawsuit currently filed in the United States District Court for Western Washington. This suit, alleges that RCW 9.41.370, enacted by SB 5078, is in violation of the Second Amendment.
