When Is the ATF Introducing Their New Pistol Brace Rule?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses some very recent developments as it relates to the ATF's new proposed rule on stabilizing braces, or what is known as the "convert all AR Pistol to Federally regulated SBRs." In a lawsuit in the Northern District of Texas, between the Second Amendment Foundation and the ATF, a recent "joint status report" indicates some very important dates in regards to when the ATF is going to drop this new rule.
