Candied Pecans

These fast and easy candied pecans are a favorite in our house. They make great gifts for co-workers, neighbors and teachers.

Here is the recipe.
2 cups pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon

Bake at a low temperature (275-300) for about 30 minutes, flipping in between. Bake until completely dried.
