Is Requiring Serial Numbers on Firearms Unconstitutional?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of United States v. Price, a case involving criminal charges for possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number. The Judge, in the Southern District of West Virginia found the applicable United States code unconstitutional and dismissed the charges against the Defendant.
