Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, returns to one of the worst pieces of gun control legislation to come along in a long time, Oregon's Ballot Measure 114. Polls currently show its passing and despite the obvious Constitutional deficiencies, this bill would significantly infringe upon the rights of lawful and responsible gun owners everywhere in the State of Oregon. This measure is being sold as a simple "magazine ban" but in reality, this measure would do much, much more. Learn what the legislation would really do and what it would mean to you.
