Hong Kong Food: Claypot Rice

Claypot Rice is a Hong Kong staple and Sheung Hei is one of the best places to get it. Often packed with lines at dinner time, they offer a variety of different toppings on rice that is cooked in individual claypots over volcanic rock - hence the name. We could go with the all-time classic which is Chicken and Chicken Sausage or Lap Cheong, or we could take a dive into the more adventurous side and try frog legs. What do you feel like?
