Here Comes the First Lawsuit to Stop Oregon Ballot Measure 114

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the first, of what will likely be many, lawsuits to stop the implementation of Oregon Ballot Measure 114, the worst piece of gun control legislation ever passed by state in our country's history. The matter of Oregon Firearms Federation v. Brown, filed in the Pendleton Division of the US District Court, is a fine piece of litigation which attacks 114 from several fronts, all of which are strongly supported by recent case law.
