Pig Harvest!!!

So today is a day that is somber yet awesom. It is always a great feeling when you can take something from your land and use it to provide for your family. We will be taking one of the extra male pigs that we could not sale and do not want to add to our breeding program and we will be harvesting him. It is never plesant to take a life but it is his purpose and we thank him for this gift. I have trouble with fine motor control in my hands and nerve pains so this is a bit hard for me and I am not good at butchering but the more I do it the better I should get and hopefully I can get better knives as well. Wado for coming along on this journey of ours.
