Training Update: Dialing back the squats/Small adjustment to program

I just wanted to provide a little explanation as to why I did 157.5 Kgs as my heavy single recently, and why I seemed so pumped about the aftermath; as well as a small addition/adustment(s) I made to my program recently. I will hopefully try and make a vid dedicated to running through the program in depth, so people can know what I am doing, and perhaps try something like it themselves.
