Quiet Quitting, a 2022 'Wellness Trend' that Can Go in 2023!

Here are some thoughts on this this absurd 2022 “wellness” trend: Quiet Quitting.

I am referencing Time Magazine's mid-December article, 9 Wellness Trends to Ditch in 2023.

I agree this “trend” should go by the wayside, and in my opinion is a recipe for disaster and poor mental health outcomes.

Some key thoughts:
1. Don’t expect your sense of purpose and meaning to be delivered on a silver platter; this is on you!
2. Knowing yourself is key.
3. Doing your best is essential!
