The Supreme Court temporarily stopped the Biden administration from lifting Title 42, the COVID era policy that allowed agents to quickly expel migrants in the name of public health.
The pandemic-era order was supposed to end Wednesday, but 19 states appealed to the Supreme Court to have it stay in place. Chief Justice, John Roberts issued the stay on Monday.
The states argued the predicted migrant surge that would follow the lifting of Title 42 would take a devastating toll on critical services like health care, shelters and law enforcement.
Retired U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Christopher Harris joins OAN's Alicia Summers to discuss.
