Lemon Cookies Recipe - EASY Christmas Cookie Recipe

These delicious glazed lemon cookies are one of my family's favorite Christmas cookies! I make these every Christmas season, and these are usually requested for my annual Christmas cookie swap too. These cookies are quick and easy to make too!

Recipe Ingredients (I doubled this recipe in the video):
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 cups flour
3 tsp. (1 tbsp) baking powder
1 pinch salt
Lemon Glaze ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon extract
