Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

These brownies were inspired by the Joanna Gaines Cooking Show. She called them, “Lucy’s Peanut Butter Brownies”. In her recipe, she made the brownies from scratch. I decided to skip the homemade brownies and use a box brownie mix. These brownies were a huge hit and they stay fresh for a long time if you store the in the refrigerator. - Sarah

Brownie Layer:
1 family size box of brownies
(prepared according to the package directions)

Peanut Butter Layer:
1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter
(microwave for 20 seconds  and spread over brownies, cool completely in fridge)

Fudge Topping:
1/2 cup butter
10 lg Marshmallows
(melt in microwave in 30 second increments till marshmallow is dissolved, it will look broken.)
Add:
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
4 cups powdered sugar (add gradually)

Spead warm fudge layer over cold brownies and put them back in the refrigerator. Cool completely before serving.
