Bangladesh celebrates Victory Day, marks independence from Pakistan

Thousands in Bangladesh celebrated its 52nd Victory Day, marking over five decades of the country's independence from Pakistan. People gathered at the National Martyrs' Monument in Savar, chanting, clapping, holding banners and flags, and laying floral tributes.
