3x3 120 Kgs Double-Overhand Banded Deadlifts. First time, EVER! Last Set.

Since I reduced the volume and intensity of my workouts, this week, I decided this would be a perfect time to try out banded deadlifts, since I was planning on giving them a go soon, anyway. I only have an orange, and a red band (medium and heavy bands); so I might not be the best prepared/equipped for this currently, haha. However, I can still give these a shot! They definitely feel a bit weird, especially with my current situation/setup. However, I do like them! It really helps reinforce good technique and positioning, and being speedy/explosive, which is the goal here. I'm excited to push these, for a bit! 🤘🏻
