We went Metal Detecting at the Oldest Court House in Mississippi (1812) searching for a lost time capsule. The time capsule was buried years ago and was due to be opened in the 2000s, but the location was lost, and the people in charge of burying it had all passed away. This was the subject of a new article. Then we go to a house nearby that was built in 1840 to use our metal detector there as well. In this video, we found old coins, silver jewelry, relics, and other relics from this historic area. In this video, we were using the following metal detectors Minelab Equinox 800, CTX 3030, and XP Deus. The courthouse is the Amity County Court House in Liberty MS. Join the History Seekers team on this adventure in a quest for coins, silver, jewelry, and historical relics.
